Our mission
Evident Technologies exists to preserve the integrity of evidence throughout its lifecycle — from intake through processing, analysis, and court-ready export. We serve attorneys, self-represented litigants, civic organizations, and legal aid providers who require deterministic, auditable, and reproducible evidence workflows.
Every system we build is designed to withstand scrutiny — not just today, but decades from now. We believe that trust in the justice system depends on transparent, verifiable records that any party can independently audit.
As Evident matures, we plan to expand our tooling to serve additional stakeholders across the justice system, including investigators, compliance departments, and oversight bodies.

Evident Technologies was founded in New Jersey by Devon Tyler Barber — a software engineer, licensed home improvement contractor (NJ HIC #13VH10808800), and advocate for constitutional accountability.
